At Aveluna, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

## Returns

We accept returns within **30 days** of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or excessive pet use

We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

# Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Used pet beds or fabric products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within **7 days** of delivery.

# Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
